Ginny teaches Astanga Vinyasa yoga for all levels
in her classes in Brighton and Hove.
Astanga Vinyasa yoga is a dynamic, flowing practice with emphasis placed on synchronising
movement with the breath. The rewards of this energising practice are a flexible,
strong, light body to accompany a calm, focused mind and a feeling of overall well-being.

Hatha Yoga Classes
The Hatha Yoga Ginny teaches will involve gentle postures to mobilise the joints, stretch the muscles and realign the body. She will incorporate breathing techniques and finish with relaxation to allow the body to rest and absorb the benefits of the practice. Dynamic Flow Classes
Dynamic Flow classes are inspired by Astanga and Vinyasa Flow styles of yoga. We explore variations of sun salutions, then enjoy standing and seated postures - sometimes moving dynamically from pose to pose, other times holding postures for longer. Sequences and content will vary from week to week, making this a challenging, yet fun class. Time is also allocated for pranayama in each session. Due to the flowing nature of these classes, they are not recommended for complete beginners, instead they will provide a refreshing dimension for practitioners of other styles of yoga. Personal, One to one yoga tuition
Ginny can also provide the service of personal one-to-one yoga tuition from the one yoga studio at Park Crescent. One-to-one yoga lessons are ideal for those who would like to begin their yoga journey or deepen their existing practice in a private and informal environment, allowing for optimum attention and personal progression. Either Astanga Vinyasa yoga, an energising and dynamic practice for strengthening the body and calming the mind; or Hatha yoga, incorporating gentle postures with breath and relaxation techniques inspired by the Viniyoga tradition can be offered.
